Meadowlands Wall Panel

This fused glass wall panel shows an abstract landscape in spring meadow colours. Enamels are applied to the glass by Jenny, using both painted and printed techniques before firing in the kiln to bond with the glass. Small pieces of glass are used to decorate the surface and add the tactile textures.

The piece measures 10 x 10cm and is supported on a 15 x 15cm painted wooden base. The picture hangs like a traditional picture from a brass D hook, screwed to the reverse, so it appears to float on the wall.
